Easy Connect

For remote control of all our system, we developed a dedicated technology call EasyConnect.

The operator can obtain information through a user-friendly interface represented by a 7” touch screen graphic display

EasyConnect provides for the complete management of the systems even in the absence of the operator (i.e. in the unmanned stations); furthermore it can be remotely controlled via a LAN/ Wi-Fi interface with web server embedded or SNMP Protocol.

EasyConnect provides the full management of the our systems without requiring the operator presence.

 

The operator can obtain information at the same time through a user-friendly interface represented by a 7” touch screen graphic. The Touch menu enables the complete control of your system.

The Central Control Unit (CCU) provides the full management of the systems at various level, down to the single Module Amplifier, without requiring the operator presence.

The control system includes a fault finding capability for detecting the equipment malfunctions and locating the faulty subassembly that needs to be replaced; the basic controls, such as StartStopStandbyReset and power readout are permanently available. A user-friendly interface allows the operator to control the start-up sequence, the turnoff of the amplifier and to select the mode of control (local or remote). 

The interlock circuit is independent from the software and remains always operational either with the presence or not of the computer control.

The Control Unit controls all the subunits and provides to the operator the information relevant to the machine status.

This Unit communicates with the other subsystems, in order to acquire from them, through proper sensors, information about their status and the values of the significant parameter for the operation of the System

 

 Our systems can be fully controlled in REMOTE mode via a WIFI/LAN Web Server.

The embedded  web server allows, like the touch screen, a real-time display of the most important control parameters and the presence of alarms.  

In case of alarm, the system automatically sends an e-mail to predefined addresses.

EasyConnect provides complete monitoring of SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol.

SNMP monitoring allows administrators to monitor all devices connected to the remote gateway.

The user only needs to load a MIB file and select the SNMP OID to be monitored. You can use pre-definited dashboard and graphical displays. You can also enable SNMP trap reporting.

A Web camera can be connected to the USB port on the MCU front panel allowing the display of video in real time on a web browser; such a video can be very helpful in checking the status of the environment surrounding the transmitter in the station.

 

Passive Components

INTECH is proud to present its newest series of passive combining system to the market. The CMB-2x602-FM is a 10kW FM hybrid combiner , with nr.2 pluggable 7/8" input connectors and 1"-5/8 output connector. The dummy load connection in performed by a 7/16 connector. 


 

INTECH is proud to present its newest series of passive combining system to the market. The CMB-4x502-FM is a 50kW FM in phase combiner , with nr. 4 pluggable 7/8" input connectors and 3"-1/8 output connector. The dummy load connections are performed by three 7/16 connectors.


 

 

INTECH is proud to present its newest series of passive combining system to the market. The CMB-8x602-ISM is a 50kW progressive combiner, at the frequency of 352,25Mhz for scientific application. With nr.8 pluggable 7/8" input connectors and 4"-1/2 output connector. The dummy load connection in performed by nr.8 pluggable 7/8" connectors as well. The innovative design allow to combine 8 modules of 6kW eack in a single rack.  


 

The CMB-3x503-ISM is a 125kW progressive combiner, at the frequency of 352,25Mhz for scientific application, with three 4"1/2 input connectors and 6"-1/8 output connector. The dummy load connection in performed by two liquid cooled dummy load (optional ) with 3"1/8 connectors. The innovative design allow to combine 3 19" racks with 50kW output power each into a 125kW output amplifier.    


 

Designed for analog and digital TV transmitters and transposers this RF combiner, with four 7/16" input connectors and 1"-5/8 output connector. The dummy load connection in performed by relevant N type connectors.

Designed for band I amplification as pre driver stage and final amplifier in BI modulatorsit includes only one device capable of 15W RF output. The new RF Module PLT02-122SC is a state of the art RF Module designed as final stage for band II FM amplifiers and uses a single LDMOS of the last generation capable of 1200 W RF output. The module is realized with an ultra compact layout to maximize the number of pallets in high power amplifiers and include the bias circuits, matching networks and circuits for stabilization of the operating point. The configuration of the amplifier is a “push-pull” stage coupled by means of the combining network fully integrated in the RF block. This design allows to obtain broadband high efficiency and extremely low harmonic emissions that are all at least 50 dB below the carrier.

The amplifier is designed for the L band operating at frequencies within 1030 to 1090 MHz as pulsed power amplification process. This unit employs solid state LDMOS transistor technology in order to obtain reliability and high efficiency. Typical Pulsed Performance provides 1kW peak with a repetition period of 100μsec and Duty Cycle of 2% max.


 

The unit is the RF amplifier basic block (pallet) including two 130 W LDMOS power transistor intended for radar applications in the 2.7 GHz to 3.1 GHz range. The amplifier consists in two parallel stages coupled by means of the combining system fully integrated in the RF block, as well bias circuit. The block can operate both at 32Vdc or 36Vdc, and have an integrated attenuation circuit at adjust the power gain accordingly to the requested specs.


 

 

The 150W Carrier Power Amplifier it is a Class AB, Low Distortion, High Gain Linear amplifier module for the 100 ÷ 500MHz band. Superior performances are obtained using broadband matching techniques and the finest Gold LDMOS transistors available on the market today. Matched for 50 Ohms input and output, with Shutdown, Current Monitoring, and Temperature alarm the Broadband Amplifier it is suitable for AM communication application.


 

 

The PLT10-102S power amplifier operates at frequency of 310÷360MHz and it is rated for continuous duty at an RF output power of 1000 Watts. It is mainly designed as final power stage and it uses a single last generation LDMOS device capable of 1000 W RF output. The module is realized with a very compact layout to maximize the number of pallet in high power amplifiers and include the bias circuits, matching network and circuits for stabilization of the operating point. The configuration of the amplifier is a “push-pull” stage coupled by means of the combining network fully integrated in the RF block. This design allows obtaining broadband high efficiency and extremely low harmonic emissions.


 

The PLT11-122S power amplifier operates at frequency of 81,25 MHz and it is rated for continuous duty at an RF output power of 1200 Watts. It is mainly designed as final power stage and it uses a single last generation LDMOS device capable of 1200 W RF output. The module is realized with a very compact layout to maximize the number of pallet in high power amplifiers and include the bias circuits, matching network and circuits for stabilization of the operating point. The configuration of the amplifier is a “push-pull” stage coupled by means of the combining network fully integrated in the RF block. This design allows obtaining broadband high efficiency and extremely low harmonic emissions.


 

The PLT12-102S power amplifier operates at frequency of 162,50MHz and it is rated for continuous duty at an RF output power of 1000 Watts. It is mainly designed as final output. The module is realized with a very compact layout to maximize the number of pallet in high power amplifiers and include the bias circuits, matching network and circuits for stabilization of the operating point. The configuration of the amplifier is a “push-pull” stage coupled by means of the combining network fully integrated in the RF block. This design allows obtaining broadband high efficiency and extremely low harmonic emissions.


 

The PLT13-122S power amplifier operates at frequency of 41MHz and it is rated for continuous duty at an RF output power of 1200 Watts. It is mainly designed as final power stage and it uses a single last generation LDMOS device capable of 1200 W RF output. The module is realized with a very compact layout to maximize the number of pallet in high power amplifiers and include the bias circuits, matching network and circuits for stabilization of the operating point. The configuration of the amplifier is a “push-pull” stage coupled by means of the combining network fully integrated in the RF block. This design allows obtaining broadband high efficiency and extremely low harmonic emissions.


 

The PLT14-122S power amplifier operates at frequency of 27MHz and it is rated for continuous duty at an RF output power of 1200 Watts. It is mainly designed as final power stage and it uses a single last generation LDMOS device capable of 1200 W RF output. The module is realized with a very compact layout to maximize the number of pallet in high power amplifiers and include the bias circuits, matching network and circuits for stabilization of the operating point. The configuration of the amplifier is a “push-pull” stage coupled by means of the combining network fully integrated in the RF block. This design allows obtaining broadband high efficiency and extremely low harmonic emissions.


 

Termination Loads

   

The DL-2x502-WB is a single 5.0 KW or double 2.5 kW Termination Load; it is allocated in a 3ru height module, suitable to be mounted into a standard EIA 19” rack. The unit includes two 50 Ohm resistive loads, each of them suitable for withstanding separately either an input CW RF Power of 5.0 kW, or an input simultaneously RF Power of 2.5 kW on each one; the working frequency covers the full range DC-110 MHz with return loss > 30dB. The loads are realized by combining thick film resistors on BeO substrate in order to transfer the heat exclusively by conduction to a suitable heat sink which is than cooled down by forced air.  


 

The DL-252-FM is a 2,5 KW FM Termination Load; it is allocated in a custom mechanical frame, suitable to be mounted into the bottom side of a standard EIA 19” rack. The unit includes a 50 Ohm resistive loads, suitable for withstanding an input CW RF Power of 2.5 kW; the working frequency covers the FM range 88-108 MHz with return loss >30dB. The load is realized by combining thick film resistors on BeO substrate in order to transfer the heat exclusively by conduction to a suitable heat sink which is than cooled down by forced air.    


  

The DL-3x502-FM is a triple 5.0 KW Termination Load; it is allocated in a 3ru height module, suitable to be mounted into a standard EIA 19” rack. The unit includes three 50 Ohm resistive loads, each of them suitable for withstanding separately either an input CW RF Power of 5.0 kW, or an input simultaneously RF Power of 2 kW on each one; the working frequency covers the FM range 88-108 MHz with return loss > 30dB. The loads are realized by combining thick film resistors on BeO substrate in order to transfer the heat exclusively by conduction to a suitable heat sink which is than cooled down by forced air. 


  

The DL-4x152-FM is a quadruple 1,5 KW Termination Load; it is allocated in a custom frame suitable to be mounted into a standard EIA 19” rack. The unit includes four 50 Ohm resistive loads, each of them suitable for withstanding separately either an input CW RF Power of 1,5 kW; the working frequency covers the FM range 88-108 MHz with return loss >30dB. The loads are realized by combining thick film resistors on BeO substrate in order to transfer the heat exclusively by conduction to a suitable heat sink which is than cooled down by forced air.    


 
 

Networking

INT-DS2 is a new generation DVB-S/S2 Modulator for satellite broadcasting. This product fully complies ETSI300421 and ETSI302307 standards and due to possessing several features it is considered as one of the best modulators in this class available in the market. The main feature of this product is its high level of reliability which guarantees the highest uptime in the network. This modulator not only accepts MPEG transport streams on ASI interface but also fully supports TSoIP and special care was taken to cope with jittery transport streams over IP. On the other hand the modulated carrier is available either on L Band or IF frequencies including 70 or 140 MHz through separate connectors. It should be mentioned that when IF output is activated a replica of signal is also available on L-band output on a fixed frequency for monitoring purposes.


 

INT-OEM2000 as an OEM modulator for satellite broadcasting fully compliant with DVB-S/S2 standards. Great level of reliability and excellent performance of this system is the outcome of several years of experience and proven expertise of Intech Company in manufacturing modulators for satellite broadcast applications. INT-OEM2000 currently supports all transmission modes defined in DVB-S2 and parts of DVBS2x standard. The maximum throughput of this modulator is currently 200Mbps. Such a significant capacity makes it possible to transmit 40 SD quality or 10 HD quality video programs coded by H.264 via a single transponder which is a significant ability for broadcasters. Taking advantage of novel techniques and extensive simulations in designing the RF analog front-end of this product has caused the output signal spectrum to be free of any spurious components and at the same time having a very low noise floor


The INT-PDR is a multi-standard (DVB-T/T2 and DVB-S/S2) receiver with extremely high tuning sensitivity. This receiver is able to receive DVB Terrestrial or Satellite RF signals and deliver the demodulated MPEG stream on DVB-ASI interface which is conventional in distribution networks. Moreover INT-PDR-T01 is equipped with an IP encapsulator to provide the capability of streaming received MPEG packets over IP networks. INT-PDR-T01 is capable of performing BISS decryption as a widely used scrambling method. Another noteworthy feature of this product is the embedded web server which makes it possible to configure and monitor the instrument remotely as well as the front panel. Achieving the highest reliability has been the main target of designers of this feature-rich product. This fact makes it a great choice for a wide range of professional applications including signal monitoring in TV stations or transmitter feeding in regenerative relay networks.


 

INT-RMX is an innovative, feature rich re-multiplexer suited to a wide range of re-multiplexing applications including cable and terrestrial regional head-ends and telecom distribution systems. Compactness and efficiency along with high level of flexibility and reliability are considered as main attributes of this product. This re-multiplexer is equipped with a variety of inputs that ensure compatibility with all transmission media. It generally receives up to eight transport streams through its RF interface or external ASI inputs. All the input streams are thoroughly analysed and a list of available services is constructed for the user. Thanks to the existence of two independent multiplexing cores the user will be able to generate two dissimilar transport streams by recombining existing input sources. INT-RMX is capable to perform component layer as well as service layer multiplexing. This ability makes it a distinctive re-multiplexer in comparison with similar products available in the market. Another noteworthy feature of this product is the ability to perform BISS decryption as the most widely used encryption algorithm.


Intech audio/video digital MW portable link, INT-PDML-HD1, is a versatile, easy to use, easy to carry and rugged digital portable link. It is a unilateral radio link with a set up time less than 20 minutes. It interfaces directly to cameras of any type at the transmitter side without any additional equipment in between. The variety of standard inputs and outputs and wide range of supply voltage are considered as main features which make INT-PDML-HD1 a highly flexible solution. Utilization of multicarrier modulation and advanced channel coding techniques according to EN300744 and EN302755 standards has caused superior resiliency and robustness of link in urban as well as rural environments. Putting all above in a nut shell, INT-PDML-HD1 is a highly economic, flexible and reliable solution for TV reportage applications or live covering of events.
